1. I do like YOUTUBE, google docs, and WORDLE. I think I will use YOUTUBE, TeacherTube, and Google.docs in my class room. I think using this will help students with all the different learning styles.
2. I believe with these devices I can use more technology in my math resource class. With these devices the students will be more accountable for their learning. I also think how much more involved students will want to be. By using these devices I think the students will enjoy math a little more.
3. I completed library 23 things 2 summers ago and with 11 tools I think I will more knowledgeable. I enjoyed both of these training, but I think when I get my devices and have the time I will use the TOOLS to its full advantage.

Tool # 10
1. Students should not plagiarize, students should not visit sites inappropriate for school, and students should abide by the contract they signed in the opening day packet.
2. I would remind my students about proper online etiquette.
3. I would show my students a video about proper use of the computer and online resources that are available to them.
4. Back to School Night would be a good opportunity to share this information with the parents and remind them that a contract has been signed with the opening day packet.

Tool # 9
1. It is important to tie technology to the objective because it shows that your lesson is aligned to the curriculum. You can use it to explore new ideas and concepts. It is a great way to actively engage those students who are otherwise turned off by traditional methods of teaching.
2. We should hold students accountable for their stations or centers because it gives them ownership over their work and learning. This helps them become independent thinkers. It also teaches the students to work together with others and be responsible as a team.
3. The websites I visited were Tutpup and Mangahigh.com. I really liked them both for stations. Their variety of games was extensive and had lots of different content. There are a lot of competitive games which is always engaging to students. The Mangahigh.com site is more individualized. Accountability would be very easy because the kids are always excited to let you know who is winning or who lost.
4. An app that I found useful is create a graph. Some of my students struggle with graphing and create a graph would be very helpful for them.
5. Another way I see my students using the iPod Touch/iPad is for review for tests. If the test covers 3 different objectives, then each station could be for 1 of the objectives.

Tool # 8
I am fairly familiar with the products we are getting. I have a IPad already and the best advice I can give is to just keep "playing" with it. You will find more information and Apps that can be useful when just playing. I think the tools will be used best in cooperative learning environment. I believe the students can learn from each other in a group setting with the IPads. I think they can teach each other what apps are best and even give the teacher an idea of good apps.
All the new IPads and netbooks will be locked in the nice cabinet that was given for each classroom to have. Since I share this room with several teachers, we will need to communicate on exactly where the keys will be kept.

Tool # 7
Content Objective - Students will be able to use real-world examples write and recall vocabulary words used throughout the year.
When You Plan To Implement - I would probably implement it towards the end of the year, so it's more like a review for the final.
What Tool(s) You Plan To Use - Google Docs and Wordle
Description Of Plan - Each group will be assigned 4-5 vocabulary words and they will use Google Docs or create a Wordle to work between classes.
Other Classroom - My students will be able to work with other World Geography students from different periods and different teachers.

Tool # 6
I could see using twitter, google docs, or blogger to keep students informed and allowing them to express themselves about things discussed in class.
Tool # 5
I could see myself using wordle for my Math Resource Class or Co-teach classes for key words and concepts. I see the students being able to use the make beliefs comix to create different samples for our cooperative learning activities. I think the students would have fun creating a comix.
